This recent installation was carried out by Protest Electrical at a holiday let property which required the need to charge up to 2 vehicles at a time.
The installation involved the addition of 2 MyEnergi Zappi 7kW charge stations to an existing MyEnergi system. Due to the wireless connection capability of the new V2 Zappi chargers with built in hubs we were able to link to the existing Eddi solar power diverters. In addition, we installed a Harvi wireless energy harvesting sensor to monitor the supply from the grid and the Tesla battery powerwall already installed on site.
The customer was extremely pleased to be able to run and monitor all aspects of this installation from their smart phone using the MyEnergi app. The benefit of the Zappi smart charger technology meant that the customer could make use of solar energy generated to charge vehicles rather than be sold back to the grid at a low rate.
