We provide electrical inspections for properties carried out by our NICEIC Approved electricians. If you are currently a landlord or are looking to rent out your property in England or Scotland you are legally required to have an electrical condition report.
We will provide you with a full report of the inspection which usually takes between 1-2 hours to complete. The test is not overly intrusive and can be completed whilst the property is occupied. Each report will come back either satisfactory or with a competitive estimate to complete repairs and make the report satisfactory which will be valid for 5 years.

Recommended annually our NICEIC Approved contactors will carry out and certificate appliances in your property. Each test comes with full certification with inventory of items tested.
